ELECTRIC WALKIE TUGGERS
Safe, ergonomic and economical, the Ergo Equipment tug is a self-contained, battery powered, walk-behind power mover that aids production personnel in moving heavy parts and equipment in an industrial environment. It is a tool used to offset the physical strain that is felt by an operator in pushing or pulling loads that personnel experience in a workplace environment. The Ergo Equipment Tug has many standard features that are optional with others. These include variable speed control, horn, high and low speed, belly switch, adjustable handle, on-board battery charger, attachment receiver, foam filled tires, key switch, neutral throttle brake and a traction weight package.

The Xpress walkie tug is used for light push or pull loads that’s capable of moving loads of up to 1,000 lbs. that are on a wheeled cart. This is equivalent to 250 lbs drawbar pull capacity. Ideal applications include cart pullers and cart pushers.
ERGO EQUIPMENT XPRESS PLUS-200 (Dumpster Mover)
The Dumpster Xpress Plus-200 walkie tug comes with a 24v battery pack and a spring loaded fifth wheel to handle loads up to 1500 lbs. This is equivalent to 250 lbs. drawbar pull capacity. Ideal for 4 wheeled industrial carts or trash receptacles.

The Xtra-400 Power Tug has a 400lb draw bar pull capacity. Great for industrial carts that weigh up to 20,000 lbs. or a train of carts that move product through a production facility. ERGO EQUIPMENT XTRA-800 Power Tug
The Xtra-800 Power Tug is built on the same frame as the 400 but it’s added weight, heavier duty trans-axle and gearing makes it suitable for 30,000lbs or up to 800 lbs of draw-bar pull and high duty cycle or multiple shift applications.

The Xtreme 1K has 1000 lbs of draw-bar pull capacity. Good for moving industrial carts or pieces of equipment that weigh up to 50,000 lbs. through the production facility. It is also a piece of equipment that can take trailer tongue weight up to 500 lbs.
